Volunteers are essential to making our show run smoothly. Volunteers are needed throughout the weeks of the Hunter/Jumper shows and the Saddlebred shows. Horse experience is not required.

Volunteering is a great way to support the show while making connections and enjoying the competition. There are many day and time options in two-hour shifts and a wide range of ways to help including setting up before the shows, preparing and serving refreshments, assisting judges, managing the arena gates, cleaning-up and organizing.

Contact us if you’d like to help us with planning and coverage.

From all of us on the horse show board, thank you for your support and your time!

Participation from qualified vendors is an important part of making the St. Louis National Charity Horse Show a successful event. Each year, the event attracts dozens of regional and national businesses as vendors. Past vendors have included providers of apparel, jewelry, food and beverages, landscaping services, equestrian gear and supplies, and many more.
