We have been working on the many details of an accessible fishing dock and related programming at TH. This is an exciting way that individuals with disabilities and their families can experience the many benefits of the natural and unique environment at TH.

The Loyal Order of Squirrels, a St. Charles County based not-for-profit organization, has so generously supported and installed an ADA fishing dock, designed by Tiger Docks – Waterfront Specialists, on one of our ponds. This is an awesome dock that was specially built for individuals of all abilities. We are working on completing a few other donated components in the warmer weather, but the dock is in the water and we are excited to share this news! As the weather warms up and a few more pieces are in place, we will share updates.

A big, big THANK YOU to The Loyal Order of Squirrels for not only their generous contribution to our organization, but also their hard work installing the dock with Tiger Docks – they came out after their workday and on the weekend to make it a reality.
