There are numerous ways to support the St. Louis National Charity Horse Show.
Opportunities to Support the Horse Show
Every year, the St. Louis National Charity Horse Show provides regional and national sponsors the opportunity to promote their organizations. These businesses or groups reach new audiences with their brand while also showing support for our charities.
Sponsorships open the door for a variety of opportunities. Organizations have the chance to show off their logo in specific locations, be mentioned in event ads, or even present ribbons, awards and trophies to class winners. Sponsoring such presentations offers increased visibility through photographs that may appear in media coverage, publications, or our event program. Learn more about sponsorship opportunities here.
There are a variety of placement options for advertisers. Advertisements come in a wide range of sizes, mediums and locations, including the horse show program, prize list, website and/or the event itself. Learn more about our many advertising options, like event or class sponsorship, program advertising and prize list advertising.
Interested to contributing to St. Louis National Charity Horse Show but are unable to volunteer or sponsor? We accept monetary contributions on behalf of both individuals and organizations alike. Donations are always appreciated as they are a large part of what allows us to continue doing what we do. The mailing address can be found here.
Volunteers are needed throughout the weeks of the Hunter/Jumper shows and the Saddlebred shows. Horse experience is not required. There are many day and time options in two-hour shifts.
Volunteers are presented with a range of potential tasks. Jobs include setting up before the shows, preparing and serving refreshments, assisting judges, managing the arena gates, cleaning-up and organizing. Volunteering is a great way to support the show while making connections and enjoying the competition. Volunteers are essential to making our show run smoothly.
Please contact us to volunteer using the SignUp.com website. We encourage volunteers to go ahead and sign-up as soon as they know when they are available to help us plan ahead. From all of us on the horse show board, thank you for your support and your time!
